Returns policy. All products should be returned to the place of purchase where the retailer should, if your warranty is valid and the product is found to be faulty, arrange a replacement or a refund at their discretion. If you purchased your product via the Yale online shop, then please return to us with proof of purchase and we will review your request. As long as your product is within the valid warranty period, then we will look to arrange a replacement or refund as long as the product is found to be faulty and this fault has not been caused by misuse or user error.
